 | item: Genre: Exercise/FitnessRating: NRRelease Date: 18-DEC-2007Media Type: DVD . No Description AvailableI bought this DVD a couple months ago, but just started using it. I've only done the level 1 workout so far, but it has really been great. You work every muscle. When I first started I had trouble keeping up, but today (just my 4th day using it!) I was able to keep up perfectly, which tells me that this is really working for me. I'm thinking about getting the Cardio Max DVD to go with it and really step up my game.
A couple things I really enjoy:
-The people doing the workout are former contestants from Biggest Loser. They are not the fittest people. It is really encouraging to be working out alongside people that don't make you feel like the fattest, most unfit person in the world.
